Stainless Steel 304 Round Bars is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-copper alloy that has excellent corrosion resistance. Although in all conditions, we predominantly supply Stainless Steel 304L Round Bars in the hot worked and precipitation treated condition. Stainless Steel 304 Square Bars has the added advantage of increased strength and hardness values that can be maintained up to 650 Degree C. Stainless Steel 304L Flat Bars also has low permeability and is nonmagnetic to under -150 Degree F (-101 Degree C). Typical industrial applications for Stainless Steel 304 Threaded Bars include fasteners, springs and chains for marine service. Stainless Steel 304L Hollow Bars brings characteristics in respect to corrosion resistance, however, offers higher yield and tensile strength. Stainless Steel 304 Hexagonal Bars exhibits the same high corrosion resistance as that alloy, with added aluminum and titanium content that provides improved strength and hardness.
Stainless Steel 304L Triangular Bars is a precipitation nickel-copper alloy that combines the corrosion resistance of with greater strength and hardness. Due to added aluminum and titanium, Stainless Steel 304 Bars has a greater strength and hardness. Stainless Steel 304L Rods is also used in pump components, doctor blades and scrapers, oil well drill collars and cable wrap, marine instruments, electronic components, springs, valve tray, and submarine parts.
